MYIVFCOMPARE

How it works

myIVFCompare brings fertility clinics, fertility apps and services, and fertility support services together so visitors can compare information in one place.

Compare your options

Use the comparison pages to explore providers and services and narrow your search using the information available on the platform.

Information and verification

We aim to present clear information from publicly available sources and participating providers. Where a profile has been verified or enhanced by a provider, this is identified on the relevant profile where applicable.

Which clinics we list

There are two ways a clinic can appear on myIVFCompare: as a standard listing or as a partner listing. Both follow the same alphabetical order and filters.

Standard listings. myIVFCompare lists UK fertility clinics where IVF treatment is carried out. A clinic is listed only if all of the following can be confirmed:

Verified listings. A listing marked “Verified” means we have spoken directly with the clinic and asked them to review the details of their listing for accuracy. The clinic has also been asked to tell us if anything is incorrect or changes, so their listing can be kept up to date. The same label is used for fertility tests, apps and support services on our fertility apps & services page.

Partner listings. Clinics can also be listed as partners. Partner listings may include satellite clinics, where patients have consultations, scans and monitoring locally and travel to a linked licensed centre for egg collection and embryo transfer. Before listing a partner, we confirm that IVF is offered at the clinic or through a named linked centre, that the clinic is run by an active UK company or NHS body, and that it has a working website. Partner listings are clearly marked with a “Partner” or “Founding Partner” label and follow the same alphabetical order as all other listings.

Founding partners are clinics that joined as partners during our launch period; their partner listing is free of charge for the first 6 months. In future, partnerships may include a referral fee for patient enquiries. Where a referral fee applies, we will make this clear, and it will not affect the order in which clinics are shown.

We carry out regular checks to confirm that every clinic we list appears on the website of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA), the UK's fertility regulator, at hfea.gov.uk. The HFEA's clinic listings and data are sourced from, and belong to, the HFEA. We use the HFEA website only to confirm that a clinic is listed there and do not reproduce HFEA data, including success rates, on myIVFCompare. myIVFCompare is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the HFEA.

How clinics are ordered

We do not rank clinics. All clinics, including partner listings, are shown in alphabetical order by clinic name. Filters only show or hide clinics that match what you select; they do not change the order. No clinic can pay to appear higher, and the order does not reflect quality, success rates, cost or any recommendation.

How fertility tests, apps and support services are ordered

Fertility tests, apps and support services are ordered in the same way as clinics: alphabetically by provider name. Filters only show or hide listings that match what you select; they do not change the order. Founding Partner status and affiliate links do not affect the order, and no provider can pay to appear higher.

Do your own research

Information can change and myIVFCompare is not a substitute for speaking to a qualified healthcare professional or contacting a provider directly. Please check important details with the provider before making decisions.
